The contemporary information revolution has fundamentally changed the nature of war. The definition and role of the concept of hybrid war has gained considerable popularity in the context of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict which broke out three years ago. The democratic Western world found itself subjected to unprecedented hybrid aggression.
