Abstract. The article examines the ethnopsychological parameters for introducing an innovative form of student education. A reflective picture of the ethnopedagogical and ethnopsychological foundations for intercultural education in the Republic of Bulgaria and the Republic of Kazakhstan in the conditions of research universities is presented. A technology of professional-pedagogical training is offered for the training of students of the OCS “Bachelor” and OCS “Master”. Conceptual statements of the reflexive and value-oriented approaches in the system of higher education in an inter-ethnic environment are derived.
