Abstract. The main focus of the research is put on creating new pedagogy technology to form a public and civic competencies through the analysis based on the results of a study with students on the examined subject Man and society in 1st and 2nd grade, by increasing the role of the holistic approach in education and creating the new orientation in rapidly changing world with encouraging the students confidence and supporting them to adapt to a social environment.
