Abstract. The article presents a quantitative research among pedagogical specialists up to 35 years old, upon their expectations and feeling for their teaching profession. The research presents data for what is their attitude for practicing their profession, what difficulties do they face in their day to day routine as well as recommendations for their field at work, how to become supportive and motivate them.
