Abstract. Extracurricular activities are an important part of the learning process and can be very beneficial for student development. They provide learning opportunities and experiences outside of the standard classroom and can support students’ interests and talents.
An extracurricular event is a combination of various student activities, the organization of which, together with the educational impact implemented during the course of training, forms the personal qualities of the students. The teacher has much greater freedom in choosing the content, forms, means, methods of extracurricular work. This enables one to act in accordance with one’s own views and beliefs; the teacher’s personal responsibility increases.
Extracurricular activities have ample opportunities to engage the social experience of parents and various institutions.
Entrepreneurship comes with many advantages, not the least of which is flexibility and greater freedom to make choices that are best for the business.
Entrepreneurship education to effectively develop learners’ competencies, the capacity of schools to create a supportive and stimulating learning environment is just as important as the personal competencies and motivation of teachers.
It is our challenge to develop the skills of students to understand the fundamental principles of finance, to be able to make the right decisions about managing their personal finances. This leads to an increase in their well-being, which leads to a more peaceful and fulfilling life.
