Abstract. The author shares the experience in introducing the Montessori method “innovation in action” for increasing the dynamics of interaction – time, pace, path and place to stimulate the physical, mental, emotional and social development of children. The emphasis is on the relationship between the three components: child, favorable environment, teacher, their interaction and continuous development.
