Absract. Characteristics of youth as a specific target group and their movement between the basic educational dimensions – formal, non-formal and informal education. Quantitative review and qualitative analysis of the data were related to their participation. Review of current priorities and policies for work with young people at national and European levels, and their development in the period 2007 – 2022. Outline of good practices and perspectives for working with young people.
