Abstract. This study examines the importance of corporate email as a key tool for building digital trust and achieving success among small and mediumsized enterprises (SMEs). Through a combination of theoretical analysis and empirical research (an online survey with 268 respondents), the study assesses the impact of using an email address with a corporate domain on the perception of professionalism, reliability and security in business communication. The main results show that SMEs that integrate corporate email into their digital strategies achieve a higher level of trust from customers, partners and suppliers, which has a positive impact on sales and overall business performance. The analysis highlights that corporate email not only contributes to establishing corporate identity and improving marketing image but also ensures better data protection and internal coordination. Based on the findings, the article offers practical recommendations for SMEs, including timely investment in corporate email services, developing a comprehensive communication policy and integrating corporate email with other digital channels. In conclusion, it is emphasized that the transition to corporate email is essential for establishing digital trust – a prerequisite for sustainable growth and competitiveness in the modern digital era.
