Резюме. The article describes the advantages of the dual system of education over the traditional one. The distinctive features of the dual system are considered as one of the possibilities for providing companies with the necessary staff. The advantages for the participants in dual training (trainees, business, vocational education system, state) are presented. The article defines tasks for the implementation of dual training as a permanent practice in terms of current challenges to education.
