How Students Use the Conjunctions нито – нито, ту – ту and хем – хем. National survey

Abstract. This article presents the results of a linguistic study conducted in June 2022 how students use the conjunctions nito – nito, tu – tu and hem – hem. The data was collected by filling out a survey from students from Bulgaria. The material has been summarized and analyzed and will be useful both for teachers and students, as well as for experts who work on the curricula of Bulgarian language and literature. As the resultsshow, more emphasis needs to be placed on learning the lexical meaning of conjunctions, which can be achieved with more lexical tasks.
