Abstract. This article looks at teacher's nature and quality, in particular at teacher in professional training. It also explains the idea of accessibility to the educational content and the necessity of its application. It also performs the chalenges in front of the teacher in a vocational school and his responsibility to form durable and multidirectional knowledge and skills, which can make the student a flexible, adaptive and creative citizen of the world, a student with sensibility to other people's and world's problems.
